TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order with Greencastle Scouting, Troop 99, Troop 999, Pack 99, or any members or the aforementioned organizations, henceforth collectively referred to as "Greencastle Scouting", either in person or through our site at greencastlescouting.org or greencastlescouting.odoo.com, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of sale:

1. You, the purchaser, understand and agree that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The purpose of our sale is for fundraising efforts in support of our scouts. Greencastle Scouting does not own, produce, package, or deliver the products that we sell through our fundraisers. The Holiday greenery products sold are procured through a partner agreement with Mickman Brothers, INC.
2. You agree to inspect your purchase at the time of delivery/pickup and to report any damages or unacceptable conditions at that time. Due to the fact that these are natural, live product, some discoloration, drying, and/or loss of needles may occur. If there is substantive damage, Greencastle Scouting will document the issue and work with our vendor to satisfactorily resolve issues with a repair, replacement, discount, or refund where applicable.
3. You, the purchaser agree that any issue found with the product will be brought to the attention of Greencastle Scouting within 3 days of order pickup from the appointed pickup/delivery location as specified. If there is an issue with the quality or condition of the product, Greencastle Scouting will make the appropriate communications to the vendor to initiate an exchange of product where possible and allowed per Mickman Brothers, INC's policies. While Greencastle Scouting is not responsible for quality or condition issues, we will make every effort to assist in remedying an issue, should one arise within the allotted window from order pickup.
   
4. All payments must be made in full by the cutoff time posted on our site in order to be considered for the advertised fundraiser rates. Any orders or attempted orders requested and/or placed after the close of sale on the site, may be subject to a different rate,  denied, and/or refunded less any payment processing fees. 
   
5. By participating in our fundraiser efforts, you understand that Greencastle Scouting is tax exempt and the tax values shown on your receipts are standard credit/debit card processing fees. These fees are charged by our card processor and are not paid to Greencastle Scouting. At the discretion of the leadership at Greencastle Scouting, should a transaction be nullified or refunded, you accept that these fees will not be returned as a part of that transaction as Greencastle Scouting is unable to recoup this fee once the order is placed.
   
6. You agree to promptly pick up your order on the allotted date, within the time slot that you elected at time of order. In the event that you are unable to pickup your order, Greencastle Scouting will make two(2) attempts to contact the purchaser via the contact information provided at time of purchase. If we are unable to reach the purchaser to coordinate a pickup, Greencastle Scouting will not be held responsible or liable for your product. We do not have the facilities or resources to store, protect, and/or deliver your ordered product to you and will only commit to holding the product for a maximum of 72 hours from the date and time of pickup as scheduled.
7. You agree that any items purchased where local delivery is offered, may be left on the doorstep of the delivery address. This will be similar to delivery by major delivery providers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, etc.), where packages may be delivered to the delivery address and left even if nobody is present or responding to the door at the time of delivery.
8. You, the purchaser, agree to not file any payment dispute, legal or civil suits, or take any other actions against Greencastle Scouting for any reason as pertains to this fundraiser, the product, the pickup location, and/or any related activities or interactions therein. Failure to adhere to this term will result in additional charges to reconcile any fees and/or costs which must be paid by Greencastle Scouting to resolve the matter in accordance with these terms, including but not limited to legal fees, civil damages, and penalties incurred.
9. The above terms and your implied agreement to these terms by purchase, are legally binding and shall be upheld within the legal jurisdictions of Indiana and the United States of America. No other jurisdiction shall be recognized with regards to the terms of conditions and sale as specified herein. In the event of legal action, the jurisdiction will be held exclusively under the purview of the Putnam County, Indiana  Court system.
